    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                    
    program expenses of state government and for certain programs;                                                              
    capitalizing funds; repealing appropriations; amending                                                                      
    appropriations; making reappropriations; and making                                                                         
    supplemental appropriations."

The message further stated that under Uniform Rule 43(b),                                                                       
engrossment had been waived and certified amendment Nos. 26, 27,

President has appointed the following members to a conference                                                                   
committee to meet with a like conference committee from the House
